About us

Caroline Bance has been a Group Exercise Instructor for over 10 years.

Since being established in 2014, Caroline Bance of Warwickshire Revival Fitness has been known for an enthusiast drive towards fitness and helping clients achieve their desired goals.

It’s this standard of excellence that has provided the impetus for Warwickshire Revival Fitness to grow into the business it is today.

Caroline has always been interested in Sports massage since her early running days in 1998. It was in 2018 that she embarked on training as a Level 3 Sports Massage therapist. She then undertook her Level 4 passing in February 2023.
